How to Make a Return
- Contact us at customerservice@euphoriamaternity.com or 1(866) 732-0320 to receive
a return authorization number - Write your return authorization number on the outside of your return package
- Mail your return to: Euphoria Maternity 1046 Point View Road, Chapin, SC 29036.
Upon receipt, we will refund your credit card for merchandise returned within 21 days or issue store credit by email for orders returned within 45 days.
Return Policies
We can only accept the return of merchandise in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached. For a refund we must receive your return within 21 days of your order date. This includes postal time in transit, so be sure to mail your return in time for it to arrive in Chapin, SC by 21 days. We can make no exceptions to this 21-day rule.
If we do not receive your package within 21 days, you will still be eligible for store credit, so long as your return arrives in our warehouse within 45 days of your order. After 45 days, we cannot accept your return. Your package will be marked "returned to sender" and we will notify you to expect its return.
If you received your merchandise as a gift, you have a total of 45 days from the date of the order to make your return. Be sure to mail your return in advance so that it arrives in our warehouse by 45 days. However, gifts are only eligible for store credit.
Euphoria Maternity does not refund the cost of shipping and cannot accept the return of skin care products, underwear (excluding bras), swimwear, various baby products (if specified on the item page), nursery art, diaper bags and opened nursing supply products.
Sale items and international orders can be returned for store credit only.
Euphoria Maternity cannot be responsible for any damages that might occur during the care of items, such as when washing or dry cleaning a garment. However, if you feel that a used item is defective, we will be happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to request a replacement.
